We reconcile bank statements and accounts, and compile and record all business transactions. We prepare all business taxes, sales taxes, and payroll taxes, which includes Form 941 quarterly reports, UCT-6 for unemployment compensation, Forms 944 and 940, end-of-year wage statements, W-2s, W-3 wage transmittal to the Social Security Administration, 1099-MISC statements for independent contractors, 1096 wage transmittal to the IRS, and personal property and intangible taxes. We also do payroll for small businesses.
