- Prepare all business taxes, sales taxes, payroll taxes, which includes form 941’s quarterly reports, UCT6 for unemployment compensation, forms 944, 940 end of year wage statements, W-2S, W-3 wage transmittal to Social Security Administration, 1099 Misc statements for independent contractors 1096 wage transmittal to the IRS personal property and intangible taxes, We also do pay-roll for small businesses.
